Does it cost anything to join? No. Joining is free, and so is your own partner account. If you're already a customer we move your workspace onto the program for you; new agencies apply, we approve, and you can start adding clients the same day.
When do I get my free Snitcher account? As soon as your workspace is on the program. It comes with free identifications every month, and the allowance grows with your tier. They unlock once we've detected your partner badge on your site, and at Certified they also need one referred client to be paying.
Do I have to put the badge on my website? Yes. The badge in your site footer is what keeps your free subscription and your kickbacks active, and if it's removed both pause until it's back.
Does my client pay more because I brought them in? No. Clients pay standard public Snitcher pricing, and your kickback comes out of our side rather than their bill.
Can I pay for a client's account myself? Yes. When you activate a client's subscription you choose "I am paying" or "Customer is paying". If you pay, the client never sees a bill and the invoices land in your Partner Portal.
How long is a client's trial? 14 days of full access, starting the moment you create the workspace. You decide who pays when it ends.
Do clients who already use Snitcher count? You can bring them into your Partner Portal, but kickbacks are earned on clients you bring to Snitcher, so a client who already had an account doesn't earn one.
Do my clients get a discount through my link? No. Your referral link carries your branding, not a discount. The 15% off and $100 reward belong to the customer referral program, which is separate from the partner program.
How and when am I paid? Quarterly, in euros, against an invoice you upload in your Partner Portal. Small balances roll over to the next quarter.
I recommend Snitcher but don't run client accounts. Is this still for me? Yes, as an Expert partner. Same tiers, kickbacks and free account, with the client owning their own account.
Can I leave the program? Yes, with 30 days' notice. Client workspaces the client pays for carry on as normal Snitcher accounts, and any kickbacks you've already earned are paid in the normal cycle.
