Every client you bring to Snitcher gets their own workspace, and you create it from your Partner Portal in four steps. The workspace starts on a free 14-day trial the moment it exists, and you decide later whether you or the client pays for it.
đ Create the workspace with the client's website, name and country.
đ Invite the client's team, now or later.
đ Install the tracker, or send the snippet to whoever runs their site.
đ Set up the first segments so the client sees named companies in week one.
Before you start
Pick a client with real B2B traffic. Snitcher identifies companies browsing from corporate networks, so a site with a few hundred business visitors a week shows results within days, and a consumer site won't.
Know who on the client's side can add a snippet to the site or has Google Tag Manager access. Step 3 needs one of them.
Agree who'll pay before the trial ends. See Billing for client accounts: who pays and how.
Create the client workspace
Open Client Management. Head to Settings â Partnerships â Client Management and click Add client.
Step 1: Workspace details. Enter the client's website, a workspace name and their country, then click Create workspace. The workspace is live with its free trial running.

Step 2 Invite the client's team. Add the emails of anyone who should have access and we'll send the invites. You can skip this for now and invite people later from the workspace's team settings.

Step 3: Install the tracker. Copy the snippet into the
<head>of every page on the client's site, or pick the tab for their platform: Google Tag Manager, WordPress, Webflow, Wix or Squarespace. If someone else manages the site, click Send to client and we'll email them the instructions.[screenshot: client-workspace-3-install-tracker.png]
Step 4: Ready. You'll see the workspace, its domain, who you've invited and whether the install instructions went out. From here you can Add another client, Open workspace or go Back to client list.

đĄ The tracker snippet is always waiting for you in the client workspace's overview, so you can come back to step 3 whenever their developer is ready.
Check the tracker is live
Open the client workspace and confirm companies are showing up. If the site has traffic and nothing appears within a day, the snippet is usually missing from some pages or being blocked by a consent tool. How to verify your Snitcher tracker is installed covers both.
Set up the first win
The client's first look at Snitcher should show them companies they recognise, not a raw list. Spend half an hour in their workspace before the first review:
Filter for their ICP. Build two or three segments: their ideal customer profile, companies that hit the pricing page, and returning visitors. Automatically filter for relevant ICP leads walks you through it.
Set up buyer personas so the right contacts surface for each company. See Configuring buyer personas.
Connect their CRM or Slack so identified companies land where their team already works. Start with How does Snitcher's CRM integrations work.
Run the first review yourself. Walk them through what showed up, then let their team take it from there.
Switching between client workspaces
Every client workspace sits in the workspace selector at the top of Snitcher, so you switch there to work inside a client's account. Back in your own workspace, Settings â Partnerships shows all your clients side by side with their status, who pays and the price per month.
