Before verifying, make sure the Snitcher Radar tracking script has been installed and published correctly.

If you’re not sure the installation is complete, please revisit the installation guide and follow the steps for your website.

Once you’ve confirmed it’s added, use one of the methods below to check that the tracker is active.

Method 1: Verify Using Your Browser (Recommended)

1️⃣ Open your website in Google Chrome (or any Chromium-based browser).

2️⃣ Right-click anywhere on the page and select Inspect (or press Ctrl + Shift + I on Windows, Cmd + Option + I on Mac).

3️⃣ In the DevTools panel, click on the Network tab.

4️⃣ In the filter/search bar, type radar.

5️⃣ Reload the page (press F5 or Cmd + R).

6️⃣ You should see a request containing radar appear in the list.

💡 If you see the radar request and code, the tracker is successfully installed!

🚨 If you don’t see it:

  • Confirm that the tracking script was added to all pages and published.

  • Make sure you reloaded the page with the Network tab open.

  • Check that your cache is disabled (tick Disable cache in DevTools → Network tab).

  • Turn off ad blockers or privacy extensions, they can block tracker requests.

Method 2: Verify Inside Snitcher

You can also check your installation directly in your Snitcher dashboard.

1️⃣ Click the Verify/Installation button in your dashboard.

2️⃣ A status will appear indicating whether your tracker is Connected or Disconnected.

If it shows as Connected, your tracker has been successfully installed and is sending data!

💡 Once the tracker is installed, it may take 20–30 minutes for the first data to appear in your dashboard.

After this initial period, tracking should update in real time.
