Partner benefits grow with the business you bring. There are five tiers, and your tier comes down to two numbers: the monthly recurring revenue from clients you've referred, and how many of them are active. Both sit on your Partner Benefits tab, with a progress bar to the next tier.

* At Certified the free identifications kick in once at least one client you've referred is paying.
Everyone starts at Certified. We review tiers at least quarterly, and moving up takes effect at the start of the next quarter.

Your kickback
Your kickback is a share of what each referred client pays Snitcher every month, after tax and any refunds, at your current tier's rate. It applies whether the client pays Snitcher directly or you pay for their workspace, and it keeps paying for as long as the client stays.
Kickbacks are earned on clients you bring to Snitcher. A client who already had a Snitcher account, was already talking to our sales team, or came in through another partner doesn't count. See Move existing clients onto your partner account.
Your Partner Benefits tab shows the live picture: current tier, monthly revenue from referred clients, active customers and kickback rate.

The free partner account
Every partner gets a free Snitcher account for their own agency workspace, full features included. It comes with free identifications every month, and the allowance grows with your tier: 100 a month at Certified, then 250, 500, 1,000 and 5,000 as you climb. Use more than your allowance in a month and you only pay for the difference.
Claim it once from the banner on Partner Benefits. We take the value of your allowance off your current subscription straight away, nothing changes on the cycle you've already paid for, and it works the same on monthly and annual plans.
The free account is for your agency's own use: demos, training, and running Snitcher on your own site. It isn't a client workspace, so it doesn't earn a kickback.
What keeps your benefits active
Your Certified Partner badge needs to be in the footer of your website. Our crawler checks for it: once it's found, your free subscription and kickbacks go live, and if it disappears they pause until it's back.
Payouts
Quarterly. We work out your kickbacks at the end of each quarter and pay them at the start of the next: January, April, July and October.
In euros. Client payments in other currencies are converted at the exchange rate on the day the client paid.
Against your invoice. Each payout is paid once you've uploaded an invoice for it in your Partner Portal.
A minimum applies. Smaller balances roll over to the next quarter.
Refunds. If a client's payment is refunded after we've paid your kickback on it, we deduct the amount from your next payout.
