The free Starter Site Plan doesn't include Custom Code - when you open the Custom Code section on a free site, Webflow shows an "Add a site plan" prompt instead of the code fields.
Custom Code is unlocked on the Basic Site Plan and above, or on any paid Workspace plan (Core, Growth, etc.). See Webflow's pricing page for current tiers.
🚨 TIP: Custom Code requires a paid Webflow Site Plan (Basic or higher) or a paid Workspace plan.
1️⃣ Sign in to your Snitcher dashboard. Go to Settings → Snitcher from the sidebar, then navigate to Tracker → Installation Instructions and copy the tracking code to your clipboard.
2️⃣ Sign in to your Webflow dashboard and click on your site to open its project settings.
3️⃣ In the left sidebar, click Custom code.
4️⃣ Paste the Snitcher tracking code into the Head Code field. This injects the script into the <head> of every page on your site, which is the recommended placement for the Snitcher tracker.
5️⃣ Click Save Changes.
6️⃣ Webflow only runs custom code on the published version of your site. Click Publish in the top-right of the dashboard, select the domain(s) you want to publish to, and click Publish to Selected Domains.
🚨 TIP: Custom code only runs on published sites. If you've added the script but the tracker isn't firing, double-check that you've published since saving - this is the most common cause of "I installed it but nothing's happening."
✅ To make sure everything is ready, verify that your code was installed.
