Lemlist empowers you to build email sequences, make calls, trigger tasks, and automate LinkedIn actions like, connection requests, messages & voice notes —all within a single platform.

This multichannel approach boosts your outreach effectiveness. By integrating Lemlist with Snitcher, which provides intent data on interested companies, you can target the ideal prospects across multiple channels as they visit your website - improving your results and maximizing your outreach efforts.

How to Connect Lemlist

To get started, navigate to the settings pages -> integrations -> Lemlist and follow the prompts. Or hit the button below.

With just a few clicks you can connect the platforms and get back to implementing.


What will this do?

While it's a one-way sync—Snitcher to Lemlist only—this integration lets you enhance your email campaigns by automatically sending leads from Snitcher straight into Lemlist.

👉 Personalise your outreach: Send Linkedin connects, messages, voice notes, emails with leads visiting the website

👉 Sync Leads: Send these leads from Snitcher to Lemlist for personalised outreach campaigns.

👉 Automate Outreach: Set up automated workflows to engage with your leads as soon as they visit the website.


Manually Send Leads to Lemlist

Navigate to the ‘People’ section in your Snitcher dashboard. You'll find a roster of all employees at the company. By scrolling to the right, you'll see the location indicated.

💡 You’ll want to reach out to the people based on the targeted location.

👉 Click on the lead you want to send to Lemlist and then select “Send to Lemlist”

💡 By creating campaigns for specific personas—like sales or marketing—you ensure that your communication resonates with the reader. Different personas have different needs, so personalizing your Lemlist flow for each one boosts engagement and shows that you understand what matters most to them.

👉 Choose which Lemlist campaign to send your leads into, allowing you to tailor your messaging perfectly. e.g. if the target is a sales leader, then you’d have to click on the sales campaign.


How to Send Leads to Lemlist with Automation

To configure an automation that sends leads to Lemlist, you will first need to create a Segment & a Buyer Persona in Snitcher.

We suggest following the guide to automatically filter for relevant leads to make sure you only send engaged leads and avoid contacting irrelevant companies.

Once you have a Segment configured, head over to the Automations page.

👉 Select event = 'New lead'

👉 Segment = you selection e.g. 'All ICP'

👉 Action = Reveal contacts

👉 Destination = Your lemlist campaign


Tagging the Company, Adding CEO to Email Campaign

We use tagging in Snitcher because of our one-way sync with Lemlist.

Here's the deal: without a two-way sync, Snitcher can’t tell if a contact has already been added to a Lemlist campaign. So, to avoid adding the same person from the same company multiple times, we tag them once they’re in a campaign.

This way, you’ll know exactly who’s already been targeted, ensuring you don’t accidentally send duplicates and keeping your campaigns streamlined and effective.

👉 Scroll down to “Tags” and select the appropriate tagging for the company i.e Lemlist Retargeted Sales


Bonus feature: Keeping your data clean

If you were doing this manually, you'd be tagging each company with the Lemlist Sales campaign tag yourself.

When running an automation, it's not possible to see all the leads that have been sent to lemlist historically. This is why we reccomend setting up Snitcher to automatically tag these companies, keeping your process seamless and efficient.

The automation below matches the trigger criteria of the automated campaign above. This means Snitcher will automatically tag high-intent ICP while sending them directly into a Lemlist Sales campaign.
