Snitcher only identifies companies and organizations (i.e. Universities).

Identifying the actual person would be classed as misuse of the Data Protection Act.

The platform does supply key pieces of information such as visitor location that make it possible to narrow down who the visit could have come.

When used in combination with behaviour, it's possible to reliable choose the best person to contact and track if they return to the website.

You can also access contact details from employees at the identified company, so when you have decided who to reach out to, it's easy to get their email address and reach out.
