Looking to automate your lead management and seamlessly send Snitcher data to ActiveCampaign?

With webhooks, you can transfer new lead information directly into ActiveCampaign without the need for complex integrations.

Follow our step-by-step guide to set this up in just a few minutes!

What You'll Need

Before we dive into the setup, make sure you have the following:

👉 An ActiveCampaign Account with webhook support

👉 A Google Sheets File (for storing lead data, optional but recommended)

👉 Access to ActiveCampaign's Google Sheets Integration

Step 1: Send Snitcher Data to Google Sheets

The first step is to set up an automation in Snitcher that sends lead data to a Google Sheet using a webhook.

Once completed, all new Snitcher leads will be stored in your Google Sheet automatically.

What's Next?

Now we need to set up an automation in Snitcher to send the contacts to ActiveCampaign via the webhook.

Step 2: Need Help Setting Up Automation in Snitcher?

If you still need help setting up an automation in Snitcher, follow these steps:

  1. In Snitcher, click on “Add an Automation”.

  2. Set up the automation to trigger on “New Lead”.

  3. Select the Segment you'd like to target.

  4. Select “Reveal Contacts” (right at the bottom of the page).

💡 To learn more about how automations work, check out this guide or copy the example below.

Configure Contact Reveal:

5. Select the Buyer Persona you'd like to use.

6. Decide how many contacts you want to reveal per company (e.g., two).

7. Select the webhook you created as the external destination and save.

Step 3: Integrate Google Sheets with ActiveCampaign

Now that Snitcher leads are being sent to a Google Sheet, the next step is to get that data into ActiveCampaign.

This guide will walk you through setting up ActiveCampaign’s Google Sheets integration to pull your Snitcher leads into ActiveCampaign.

Step 5: Test the Webhook and Integration

  1. Go back to Snitcher and manually trigger a new lead automation.

  2. Check ActiveCampaign to see if the lead data appears correctly.

  3. Open your Google Sheet to confirm that the data is stored as expected.

🚨 This test depends on the automation we just set up. It might take a while before any companies trigger the automation and send data to ActiveCampaign.

Enjoy the Automation!

That’s it! Once you have completed both guides:

  1. Snitcher will automatically send lead data to your Google Sheet.

  2. ActiveCampaign will take that data from the Google Sheet and add it to your CRM.

🚨 If you have any issues with ActiveCampaign’s Google Sheets integration, we recommend reaching out to ActiveCampaign support for assistance.
