Yes, you can cancel your Snitcher subscription at any given time. There will be no further charges when you decide to cancel, and you will be allowed to continue using Snitcher until the end of your current billing cycle. This goes for both annual and monthly plans.

In addition to canceling your subscription, Snitcher offers the option to downgrade to a lower-tier plan, if you are subscribed to the monthly plan. If your business needs to change, you can easily switch to a more cost-effective plan that better aligns with your current requirements. This flexibility helps you manage your expenses and adjust your service level as needed.

It's important to note that we do not provide refunds for cancellations made before the end of your term. However, if you decide to cancel your subscription before the renewal date, your account will remain active until the end of the paid period without incurring any additional charges. This policy is consistent for both annual and monthly subscriptions.

Upon subscribing, you'll be invoiced for the total annual amount, which covers the cost of the plan for 12 months. We can either charge a credit card or offer a one-off invoice to be paid via bank transfer.
