You can hide irrelevant companies, including your own, to prevent their visits from showing up in your results.
This helps keep your inbox tidy and ensures your team stays focused on the most relevant leads.
Even better, any company you remove from your results will not count toward your monthly quota, helping reduce the cost of your subscription.
How it works
When you delete a company:
It is removed from the results for your entire team, not just your own account
It is moved to Trash for up to 30 days, after which it is permanently deleted
How to remove a company
From the dashboard, select the company you would like to remove
Click the three dots at the top
Select Delete
4. A pop-up will appear asking you to choose a reason for deleting the company.
You can select from:
ISP
Public Place
Customer
Identification inaccurate
Other
Removing your own company
You can also remove your own company to prevent visits from yourself or your team members from appearing in your results. Simply follow the same steps above and delete your own company profile.
💡 Note: It is not possible to delete leads in bulk. If you see too many irrelevant leads, we recommend you set up Lead Scoring to filter leads more effectively.
Fair usage policy (important to know)
To keep things fair for everyone, Snitcher applies a fair usage policy when it comes to deleting identified companies.
You can delete as many company profiles as you like.
However, if you delete more than 50% of your identified companies, your billable volume will be set to at least 50% of your total identification volume.
This means you will not be charged for less than 50% of your total volume, even if you delete more than that.
🚨 Only companies you manually delete count toward this limit.
Spam or irrelevant identifications that are automatically filtered or marked by the system do not count toward the fair usage calculation.
As always, please drop us a message to say hello, talk through ideas or get some help. Team Snitcher signing off 👋
